We need a budget to deal with the problems caused by climate change: - African Ministerial Conference on the Environment (AMCEN)

The African Conference of Ministers of the Environment (AMCEN) is recommending a round of major issues that Africa will be presented as a continent at the COP28 climate change conference.
The President of the Conference of African Ministers of the Environment and Minister of Planning and Development H.E. Dr. Fitsum Asefa said that Africa is suffering a lot due to climate change so that we should stand together as a continent to find a common solution to this problem.
The President of the conference said that in Africa to prevent problems with climate change; a nature-centered approach should be implemented. For this developed countries and relevant parties should support the work to prevent the problems caused by the climate.
African Technical Committee and Negotiating Group in the discussion will focus on the issues that Africa should reflect on and take a stand on during the COP 28 summit meeting.
In this way, financing for the prevention of climate change from developed countries to the countries affected by climate change in Africa has become the first agenda.
African Environmental protection Ministers, African Union, African Development Bank and United Nations leaders are participating in the discussion.
